Using The Mixxer to help with speaking Spanish out loud..

Question

Hi, I've just started using this website to help with learning Spanish as I've been attempting to teach myself for a few years now with no luck! As I soon realised, the reason I've failed in the past is because although I could read, write and understand some basic Spanish, I couldn't speak any of it out loud competently or hold a conversation as I had absolutely no practice in that area and it's impossible to find a tutor or even anyone who speaks a language fluently other than English or Welsh where I live. Just wondering if any of you guys have ever used The Mixxer (language-exchanges.org) to help with conversing? If so, is it any good or are there better websites out there that could help? Thanks in advance!
