"Mírame" = informal for friends, peers, people younger than you, etc.

"Míreme" = formal usted form for elders, strangers, people you work for / with, etc.

If you're speaking to multiple people, your choices are as follows:

"Miradme" =informal, friends, children, very close people, etc.

"Mírenme" = formal, also used for groups of people in a lot of places, elders, people who are
above you in rank, etc.
