El nombre especifico seria Examen de Hipoacusia Gratis, because in Spanish oido is your ear (oreja is the outside and oido is the inside) the oido (the ear) is tested for a otorrinonaringolo (MD specialized in nose, throat and ears)and the ability to listen is tested for an audiologo ; depending in your clientele you can use Examen de Audiologia Gratis or the good ol Revision del oido gratis (including if do not check the ears). To be short a Examen de Audiologia Gratis will be understood for a good percentage of the people, for others will be too educated , If you guys are going with a free clinic overseas you can ask the locals
