"tatemada" - I can't find this word anywhere. "chiva" = goat. - ian-hill, Aug 14, 2012
I was recently informed that its similar to ''how do you like them apples'' - Ox-Y-Gen, Aug 16, 2012

Hey Carson I think you may find that this is a drug reference. If not, the literal translation would be 'toasted goat'.

Regarding tatemar RAE says: "Del nahua tlatemati, quemar, poner al fuego" - 'toasted' or as far as goat goes probably 'roasted' fits better lol

Chivo tatemada is the title of a corrido, music from northern Mexico that most of the time idolize guns, violence drugs and the drugs cartel,is possible Mariana and Kiwi-Girl are right and is some reference to drugs (in Tijuana and the Zeta culture chiva is heroine) but I watched the video in YouTube and I listened the corrido and in this case I think the reference is to real food(roasted goat) , you can watch the video in YouTube Los Morros del Norte- Chivo Tatemado is very graphic and self explanatory
