Translators/Interpretors
Does anybody have experience with interpretors or translators? Does anybody know anything about United Nations? Anything?

From what I've seen an "interpreter" works with people and often does live interpreting, e.g., in a courtroom. This is a really tough job because you have to both listen to the speaker and translate simultaneously.
On the other hand, a "translator" often works with documents. This is my goal because I'd rather translate documents over a period of time than try to figure out what a person is saying while he is saying it!
I know lots about the U.N.--your question is too broad, amigo. ![]()
