Me pregunto si el pronombre de objeto me en esas palabras sea directo o indirecto.

In the informal command dime, the me is an indirect object. You are telling someone to tell you something, whereas the something is the direct object. (Also, for this command, you don't need the tilde if you're not attaching the direct object; it would just be dime.)

In llámame, if you're telling someone to call you (por telefono, o algo así), the me is a direct object. However, if you're telling someone to call you a specific name/nickname: Llámame Nic (en vez de Nicolás), I don't know if the me is a direct object, or indirect object. I think the me would still be a direct object, though.
