Notes in Spanish Podcast

Hello, I was searching around on iTunes for Spanish podcasts and I came across one that looked promising: Notes in Spanish. I was wondering if you guys have had any experience with this podcast and can tell me if it a reliable source for learning, or if I would be better off finding something else.

Thank you all in advance.

I use it. I retain some of the information from it but not all of it. The reason I use it is for listening practice. I find it very helpful for that.

I have listened to the podcasts many times. The've increased my listening comprehension. The man and woman that produce the material are fun to listen to and have interesting topics.

I really like Notes in Spanish, as well! I listen to their Advanced podcast, and they also released a gold edition for free, where they do an analysis of their conversation. They also offer Inspired Beginners and Intermediate learning levels. I really like them, but the only downside is that the Iberian Spanish slang and regional terms are not too helpful in Latin America.
