¿Qué me dijiste en español? What did you say to me in Spanish? This is familiar.
¿Qué me dijo en español? What did you say to me in Spanish? Respectful.

¿Cómo? or ¿Qué has dicho? or ¿Qué dijiste? Those are familiar forms, for usted you would say ¿Qué ha dicho? and ¿Qué dijo?
