Depends on what you are climbing.

it looks an easy one to climb to....the top of?

I agree with Julian. And , thanks to Julian. You might want to rewrite to something like...

Se puede ascender.... (el ascenso ) con facilidad/sin esfuerzo (You/one) can ascend...(in job promotion) with ease/without effort

Se puede treparlo (el árbol) con facilidad/sin esfuerzo. (You/one) can climb it (the tree) with ease/without effort

Se puede subirla (la montaña) con facilidad/sin esfuerzo. (You/one) can climb/scale it (the mountain) with ease/without effort.

Se puede alcanzarlo con facilidad/ sin esfuerzo

(You/one) can reach it with ease/without effort.

Me parece que se puede treparlo con facilidad. It seems to me that you/one can climb it with ease.

Me parece que se puede ascenderlo sin esfuerzo It seems to me that you/one can ascend it without effort

Me parece que se puede subirlo sin dificultad It seems to me that you/one can climb it without difficulty

Good luck, and have a great time studying at this site smile viejito

This cannot be translated into Spanish using the existing English sentence structure. "Facíl" is an adjective and cannot be used as a noun.

Parece fácil subir/ascender/trepar (whatever is being climbed).

The choice of verb will depend on what is being climbed.
