Subjunctive mood verbs in the dependent clause
What is the subjunctive mood verbs in the dependent clause. I have an activity that says to complete the sentence with it, but have no idea how..... Here are some of the questions- 1) Quiero que mis amigos... 2) Mis padres quieren que yo.... 3)Es probable que yo... could you give me some examples that i could use. Thank you!

This is one big subject - I would suggest doing the lessons here on the subjunctive but don't expect it to be a subject you can master in a short period of time.
Just as an intro if you want to declare something you use the indicative mood.
Es contento. He is happy.
But if you only hope that someone is happy you can't use the indicative mood to say that they are happy, because it may or may not happen. Instead you use the indicative mood to say you hope - which you can declare because that is true, but the dependent clause (the bit that follows - he is happy) must use the subjunctive mood.
Espero que (I hope that) esté contento. (he is happy).
The subjunctive is a mood rather than a tense as you can see that in both sentences 'is' is in the present tense. (es and esté - the only difference is that the first is in the indicative mood (used to declare something) and esté is in the subjunctive mood (used to give a subjective opinion or when you can't or don't want to declare something).
Hope in the first clause of a sentence is not the only reason for using the subjunctive mood in the dependent clause. But to learn all the others you will really need to do the lessons.
