Such as 1918. How would that be spelled out in Spanish?

1918 = mil novecientos dieciocho (one thousand nine hundred eighteen) Se escribe exactamente lo mismo que se dice. No digas "uno nueve uno ocho" ni "diecinueve dieciocho" - eso es inglés.
