There is my nephew and then there is my nephew's son. Nephew in Spanish is Sobrino. What is the proper title for the son of my nephew: Bissobrino?

El hijo de mi sobrino. No other way to say it, as far as I know.

Perhaps you could say sobrinonieto which appears to be literally, grandnephew, although the dictionary says "great nephew". Who knows? Maybe it's both. Regardless, I'm not sure how widely used it is, though.
