Subject pronoun + que + verb

Question

Lamento haber hecho tantas preguntas en este foro, pero hay otra frase de una canción que me confunde. La canción "Manos al aire" empieza con la frase "tú que pierdes el control...". ¿Por qué hay la palabra "que" entre el pronombre "tú" y el verbo "pierdes"?

I'm sorry I've posted so many questions on this forum in such a short amount of time, but there is another phrase in a song that is confusing me. The song "Manos al aire" starts with the phrase "Tú, que pierdes el control...". Why is there the word "que" between the pronoun "tú" and the verb "pierdes"?

My suggestion would be ... que = that

You (the one) 'that' loses control.

But do wait for other comments (smiley)
