For the life of me I couldn't remember how to say on in español. After words I typed it into a translator and as I was typing felt I should use "en". It worked, but i that the best way to say "We are working on your telephone." I like to use my own words and then check later.

Great try, how about using a different verb though to make the meaning clear, just so they don't think you're midgets working 'in' their telephone je je

Estamos reparando/arreglando tu telefono.

Also remember that the present progressive tense (to be doing something) is formed with estar + a present participle (instead of the infinitive)
