Welcome to the forum:

Well, this is not well put together and without context:

Prima- female cousin . I think it may also mean fool.

dar miedo, to make afraid, to frighten.

la prima que soy would mean the fool that I am.

I'm a female cousin ( nasty fool?) who frightens..This is very open to improvements, or with context, I might do better. I hope it helps. Stay away from the prima! ( unless you are the prima, of course).
