What are "Y" verbs in preterite form? How would you conjugate comer in all six forms as a preterite and as a "Y" verb?

What is a "Y" verb?
The grid below shows the indicative conjugations of comer. Just click the conjugation tab at the top of the page and type in the infinitive of any verb.
