It depends, if you are talking formally "¿Cuándo usted viajara a Florida? (not viajarán the plural form, but viajará the singular form) as TheGreatest said, will do it perfectly, but if you are talking informally is better to use "¿Cuándo viajarás a Florida?" which is a contracted form of "¿Cuándo tu viajarás a Florida?" because the "tu" (informal second person pronoun) is implicit in the sentence.
