Question about Reputation Points
Hey guys, im just asking, what exactly are Rep's for? I know its a very openly-dumb question...and im ok if you want to state that. But, it is like a status symbol, or something to show others how proficient you are....etc? Many of you here are already in your 10k's and whatnot, and im stuck in the 600's...so im just enquiring...However, do not get the wrong impression! i love that idea of Rep. points! Every day, i eagerly access the profile page to see whether I have progressed.....or not...

Rep points are awarded when someone likes your informative, interesting, or helpful posts and answers.
There's only one was to earn them--become part of the SD community and enjoy yourself!
Creo que ya te contestaste tu propia pregunta... (...Rep. points, shows me whether others value my opinion!) aunque, a la vez, yo también pensaba en la misma cosa lol.
