Question about flashcards

I was practicing with the flashcards and this particular one (Descriptions / Las descripciones stood out to me because I do not understand how the two top people can have that many points from it. I missed 3 out of 80 in the Listen section, but for every other "problem" I got 10 points each. My total score for the Listen section was 770. 30 more points would not equal 1426....
How can someone get 1454, 1426, 1144 in each of the sections??? Can someone explain this to me?

Sometimes people change their sets and add or subtract words.
