Quick question about subject placement.

Sometimes, I see the subject of a sentence placed before the verb, but other times, I see the subject after the verb. Example: "Dijo ella que..." for "She said that..."

Is there any rule governing this? Or is does it depend on the region/personal choice? Or is one way more formal than the other?

This leads up to my next question: How to say "This heat's killing me."

Would it be Me mata este calor or Este calor me mata?

Hello. I've seen this and done this, too. I don't think it's wrong and I'm not sure of any rule pertaining to it. I really do think it's more of a preference and "literary" thing (i.e., just sounds good). But that's just my opinion.

Here's a link that I think may help you. Click me!

Regarding your last question, I think both are fine.
