Does ¨cuenta conmigo¨ mean ¨count with me¨ or ¨count on me¨? I can´t quite work out the sense. Thanks!

Cuenta can also be just chatting I think. So "talk with me" might be a possiblity.
Or it could be, "Trust me".

Actually thinking about it 'cuenta conmigo 1, 2, 3,' would also work for count with me ....

By "count with me" I meant the imperative, telling someone to count along with you, such as to verify a quantitiy. - rogspax, Jul 3, 2012
