Translate this phrase into "Spanglish". (For fun)

Question

First I am going to use a slang word that needs defining. Güey = Dude. See the attached link.

So using Spanglish (a mix of Spanish and English) translate: ¡Ni modo, güey!

A dude who works on a ranch is a cowboy right? So, in order to have equal opportunity for both sexes here we need to have a female version. Dude=cowboy/dudette=cowgirl
