Practice not being too literal # 10

Practice not being too literal # 10

As my title says, I am trying to learn to not be literal in translations, so every day I will post a saying in English and ask for suggestions as to how to convey the thought in Spanish. At the end of the day, I will pick the answer that I think most accurately reflects the idea, and I will choose it as best answer for 20 points to the respondent.

Today's phrase is "People who live in glass houses shouldn't throw stones."

Good luck!

I've always wondered where you could even have a glass. All the laws and society here in the US makes it highly impractical. I guess they do exist though. Good post =] - DJ_Huero, Jun 29, 2012
I have seen glass houses in the Colorado mountains! - pmikan-pam, Jun 29, 2012

Who is free from sin, throw the first stone. (Bible)

Do not spit to the sky because it can fall on your face.

It is easy to see speck in your neighbor's eye,’ when you yourself fail to see the plank in your own eye.

It seems to me something of a restatement of the Golden Rule

Juliss is the winner for the day for the selection below. He countered my English saying with a Spanish one which is what we are looking for. Good job!
