Me gusta todo en tu casa

Me gusta todo en tu casa

Hi,

Could this phrase.

Me gusta todo en tu casa.

Mean both I like everything in this house, AND, I like everyone in this house?

For whatever reason, I seem to struggle a lot with todo in general, and todo vs todos.

thanks for any guidance. Roger

Yes, I would say 'me gusta todo' = I like everything, 'me gustan todos' = I like everyone. Don't forget to change gusta to the plural gustan if you use todos smile

Btw this lesson might be helpful to you as it includes a little more on your previous question about 'lo' / 'le' and it uses gustar as the example.

Y gracias a ti también K.G. Though I´ve been taught how to use gustan, I obviously don´t have it fully embedded and automatic yet. But I make even more mistakes on todo and todos, so there´s a lot of me to work on, in just that little set of phrases. - rogspax, Jun 29, 2012

Hi, I think todos is always a plural pronoun meaning everyone unless it preceeds a plural noun. I think the first ranslation is correct, but I am new here. Louise
