If I want to say "Yes, very good!" Would the 'm' be capitalized in "Sí, ¡Muy bien!

Hello, welcome to the forum! No, it would not. If it is all in the same sentence. It would look like this: Yes, very good. Si, muy bien. You wouldn't capitalize a word following a comma in English or Spanish unless it was a proper noun.

O puede digo: "¡Si, muy bien!" Pero, no "Si, ¡Muy bien!".
