I want to give someone directions to my house. How would I say T-junction in Spanish. (as in 'go to the T-junction and turn left.')

Great question, and actually because of how difficult it was for me to figure it out once, I voted it. However, if you search T Junction in the Q&A section there is a thread on it that has some very good content. I, personally, recommend Paco's answer because it sounds like it would be more widely understood. To see the previous T Junction thread just click here.
