What are some Spanish speaking countries? My family might take a summer cruise somewhere east.

In Central America, there are Guatemala, Honduras, Costa Rica, Panama. In the Carribean: Cuba, Puerto Rico and the Dominican Republic. In South America: Venezuela, Colombia, Ecuador, Argentina, Peru, Chile, Uruguay and Paraguay.

I can say from experience that Puerto Rico is very beautiful and enjoyable. I really liked the hiking trails at El Yunque and Mona Island. I hope you have a great time during your cruise and stay at some areas for a while. Don't forget to take a waterproof camera!

My personal recommendations: Central America: Costa Rica, and Panama. South America: Ecuador, Peru, and Argentina (but Argentine Spanish sounds different).
