1-Since it is a question, you should technically have ¿ and ? at the beginning and end. 2-If you want to use 'Ustedes' (addressing multiple people), then you should use 'hacen'. 3-Accent on the 'e' in for Qué.

...though there can be lots of different ways to say 'What are you doing?' in Spanish, just like there is in English. Ex.: ¿Qué paso?, ¿Qué estan haciendo?, etc.
