El maestro a veces se dice
El maestro a veces se dice "es una buena pregunta" , pero yo no tengo una buena contestacion.
The teacher sometimes says "its is a good question", but I do not have a good answer.
Any grammar issues

I agree with Viejito but just a small point - I guess the 'yo' is used for the teacher to emphasize that 'he' personally doesn't have a good answer although technically it's not necessary as 'no tengo' can only mean 'I don't have' ![]()
