"Ya se hizo la machaca" is a Mexican saying meaning: "It has already been accepted/admited/done/chosen".
For example in a situation when you´re expecting a positive response from your boss of a pay raise, you say that colloquial expression. When you ask a woman out and she says yes you tell your friend "Ya se hizo la machaca".
Literally you´re saying "The machaca has been done"
Machaca is dried shredded beef made in northern Mexico in particular the state of Sonora.

It should be "Ya se hizo muchacha"
Translated to - "She has already become a girl."
