This is tricky and Marianne has done her best to interpret it. However, if you consider you may have typed incorrectly and then add the accents, just for fun, let's split up the words thus,
Qué me lata rana landó - What to me tin frog four wheeled enclosed carriage with a removable front and back cover.
Seriously though we need a native speaker to try to decipher your phrase.
