Tú positivo = 3rd person indicative ¡Come!

Tú negativo = 2nd person subjunctive ¡No comas!

Usted pos o neg= 3rd person subjunctive. ¡Cómala! ¡No me lo diga!

Ustedes pos o neg = 3rd person plural subjunctive ¡No digan nada!

This helped me while learning, I learned it by saying that the normal standard for commands uses the subjunctive form, but the Tú positive commands are the only irregular which thake the indicative.

A little confusing if I explained it the way I did, but the order will come with time, I promise.

I have a mental block about this, too. I have resigned myself to just learning them one my one, individually.

Joyce, it's easy. All forms use the subjective, that is negative Tu and positive or negative Tu or Usted / Ustedes. The only - Stig345, Jun 25, 2012
that is different is Tu positive which uses 3rd person indicative. Then there are 8 irregular verbs - Stig345, Jun 25, 2012

This is great. Thank you. I have got it now.
