Translation audios don't play!
Why won't the translation audios play? When I press to play the audio, it takes me to Windows Media Player and then I get a message that says it can't play the file? Thanks, in advance, for your responses. DonL.

The reason your windows media player is not playing those songs is because of the accents. if you open the folder that contain those songs and remove the accents from the name of the mp3 you will be able to play the song. for example, I have a mp3 file named "cómo sé" the ó and é are preventing my mp3 file to played on WMP. Therefore, I just go back to the mp3 file and change it to "como se" and the song will be played. Make sure that WMP doesnt change it back because I've been having problems with that when I try to 'find album info' otherwise, I hope this worked for all of you 
I would report this to feedback. They might have an answer for you. It's the red button on the right of your screen. I'm sorry you are having trouble with this.
Sorry that I cannot help much. I had this problem briefly in September and posted a query about it. I assume that the audio problem is only on the translation videos. I got the problem resolved fairly quickly but I do not for the life of me remember how I did that. It might have been doing something with Media player but I really cannot remember.
Did you find a solution to this? I am having the same problem on my android smartphone and I contacted customer support and they weren't able to help me. I keep being told that I had to select something under setting but I don't have the "setting" they are referring to anywhere in the app. This app runs and plays sound just fine on my pc and my ipad and neither of them have this settings I was referred to either but they play the sound. It is only my smartphone that it doesn't play on.
