How to say "Get it now!"
If i was offering a limited time deal and i wanted to advertise: "Get it now," what would i write?
I was thinking: "¡Consigalo ahora!"
Or is there a better verb I should use?

In this case, I would probably choose the verb "comprar". When using obtener, conseguir, or lograr to express "to get" in Spanish they usually refer to some type of achievement that is obtained with effort like getting a degree, getting a new job, etc.
I think that Consíguelo (don't forget the accent!) is a perfect way of saying it. Here (Andalucía) it is used to say Get me a Taxi for example and I have seen many large hoardings over the years with this word to advertise products on limited offer.
If it is something you are giving away. I would use the verb llevar.
