Like lachelvi said, lunch break="hora de almuerzo", or, "hora de descanso", but never "descanso de almuerzo", it doens't make much sense

Tengo que volver al trabajo ahora. Solo quedan 10 minutos de mi hora de almuerzo.

This is just my suggestion. Of course if you don't get a lunch "hour" you would likely want to use the word "descanso," it just sounds funny to me in context.

Do you have to go back to work now or in 10 minutes?

Tengo que volver al trabajo pronto. Solo me quedan 10 minutos de descanso.

Yes but "tengo que + infinative" gives it a different meaning i.e. personal obligation and that is what lachelvi posted.. - kenwilliams, Jun 23, 2012

I'm going out on a limb a little, but the second half doesn't seem quite right to me. Maybe "...Solo quedan diez minutos en mi descanso de almuerzo!" ?

I'm sure there will be more input.
