They do mean two different things, and you´ll need to read up on the reflexive, and practice a bit to understand. First, I´m going to assume you were asking a question, giving the question marks, and that you really meant ´por qué´ (why) instead of porque (because). Also, that you meant to write tú (you) instead of tu (your)
So,
Por qué tu vas? means roughly Why do you go? or Why are you going.
But. Por qué te vas means roughly Why did you leave?
irse, the reflexive form, becomes easy in 1st person, Me voy, etc etc.
And " porque te vas" means: " because you leave". Is it?
