which lesson has the ing endings?

Can someone tell me which lesson in Perilee's lessons cover the ando and iendo endings to replace ar,er & ir verbs? Is it in Spanish I or 2 ? I'm trying to find video for that lesson.

The present progressive in Spanish is the "-ando" and "-iendo" endings.
