How do you say badonkadonk?

This is commonly used for the buttocks, particularly large female buttocks.

Es la nalga, specificamente las nalgas grandes de las mujeres.

"Culo" doesn't seem to cut it. Culo me parece muy débil.

Sorry to be un aguafiestas but badonkadonk is exactly what you said, African-American slang made up in the ghettos of the U.S. and made popular by Hip-Hop & Rap music. Since it's not a real word, their isn't any direct equivalent to it in Spanish. The closest to that would be "culona" which is a huge butt. However, just as badonkadonk is in English slang and extremely informal, the word "culona" isn't quite slang but very informal and usually considered rude in mixed company.

And on a side note, badonkadonk is by no means common in English. As I said it's ghetto slang.

I realize some slang words just sort of develop. I thought it would be fun to see what responses I got. Spanishdict is great for such discussions in my experience. The term seems to have originated in African-American slang, so I suspect something from "el Caribe" would be a good place to start searching, or maybe Equatorial Guinea could contribute something to my vocabulary for once.
