Slang words??
In Spanish artists song "Ella" she has the phrase "pero se siente tó guapa". Is tó short for tanto?
Also in the synopsis for Aguila Roja, episode 32 synopsis, I found two words I can't find a meaning to. "úniconico" and "desmanes". I think they mean "only" and "damage".

From the little phrase you've got there, "pero se siente tó guapa"... first I think it might be a slightly miswritten (I know that also might not be your fault). The accent to me doesn't make sense because from what I understand it's a abbreviation for "pero se siente toda guapa" meaning "she feels all/ completely good looking" or more plainly, she's feeling good about herself. But, in that case toda should be to'a guapa or sometimes written toa guapa. The toda will be feminine form here. I may be overlooking something, or looking into it too much. But the above is what I've taken from it at first glance.

Hey Proctor, I've listened to that song by Bebé, it is a nice one :D. Well, when you hear she says 'tó' this is like the short word for 'toda'. Ella se siente toda guapa (she feels all beautiful).
About úniconico, I don't know what it could be. I think there is a mistake and it should be 'único' (the one, or the only one). And desmanes mean damage, as u said, and also disorder, no control (DJ huero's information). ^^
I found the following for the word "desmanes" which is the plural of the "desmán".

Now after all that, you're probably like, why is this guy posting in Spanish. I'm having trouble with Spanish, I did it in case you want to practice and to help others if they research it. Anyways, from the above, you're context you provided at that link leads me to believe the first definition is the one that applies to this situation which says "desmanes" is like disorder/ lack of control. In other words, "El pánico supersticioso sigue causando desmanes..." is saying, "The supersticious panic keeps causing disorder/craziness". Makes sense? 
"tó" = toda => all, whole
"uniconio" --> unicornio (typo) => unicorn
"desmanes" --> infortunio => outrages, excesses
