Is there a difference between these? If so, what is it?

I think you mean "La interrogacíon". According to the dictionary, "la interrogación" means the interrogation, same as "el interrogatorio", but the former can also mean a question mark or just a question, and the latter can also mean a debriefing or a questionnaire.
