Fastidiar means to tease, molestar means to disturb. So, fastidiar would be more of a jocking kind of "bothering" someone where molestar means you really are a bother (annoying) to the person.

There will be regional difference but I'd say they're pretty much synonymous most of the time - with fastidiar perhaps expressing a slightly stronger annoyance smile

Ya estoy fastidiado con mi auto . me enojo que cada rato tengo que arreglalo ! ..... I am (frustrated / fed up ) with my car . it makes me mad that i have to fix it so often .... this is my version without using references * may be wrong but lets see
