Fastidiar means to tease, molestar means to disturb. So, fastidiar would be more of a jocking kind of "bothering" someone where molestar means you really are a bother (annoying) to the person.
There will be regional difference but I'd say they're pretty much synonymous most of the time - with fastidiar perhaps expressing a slightly stronger annoyance ![]()
