Hello everyone. I think phrasal verbs are some of the most difficult to many English learners because most of them do not have a literal translation. So I have decided to learn one or two phrasal verbs every day. And I know you can help me with that, but you also need to learn Spanish, so please write the sentence in English using the PV then try it in Spanish. Then I will correct your sentence (the Spanish sentence, of course); we will help each other out.If you`re not sure about how to make a good translation ,just explain to me(In English) what your Pv means, that will help me make a better traslation. Today write sentences with "come across".

Hola, Bienvenido al foro! That is an unusual rock! :) - rac1, Jun 16, 2012
This rock comes across as a rose (my sentence has sense in this case?) or maybe it is better to say this rock looks like a rose. - Juliss, Jun 16, 2012

....encontré la respuesta a tu pregunta por casualidad.(by chance ,it`s not redundant?because "come across" already means find something by accident). - luisssito, Jun 16, 2012
