Agree with Eddie, it can also translate, "Yes, I am, the true date of....

Apart from México and el 16, it looks okay, however, it doesn't make sense.
Si yo estoy, la verdadera fecha de la independencia de Mexico es 16 de septiembre.
If I am, the true date of Mexico's independence is 16th september.
