The poster has written two nouns. I think an unlikely or improbable manisfesto would best be translated as,

Un manisfesto improbable.

Hi and welcome to the forum.

I think you may have wanted to say improbabilidad, which means "unlikelihood" and manifiesto, which means "manifesto."

It's not a mistake. "Improponibilidad" is a legal term, but I'm not familiar enough with it to attempt a translation.
