verb troubles

Hello I'm trying to match up some english verbs with their spanish counterparts not the meanings but the preposition type words that come after.
The verb estornudar means to sneeze, however would to sneeze on someone translate as estornudar en alguien or estornudarle a alguien?
also
absorb something from something= would be absorber algo de algo or absorberle algo a algo (de algo)?
