That is the first person future tense, "I will sing". Present inicative would be "canto". You can easily find the full conjugation using the "conjugate" tab.

Cantaré en la fiesta. I will sing at the party. Tal vez cantarás en la fiesta. Maybe you will sing at the party. Cantarán en la fiesta. They will sing at the party. etc.

So. If I want to say "I will sing" Can I say "Yo cantaré"?

You don't need the personal pronoun as the conjugation of the verb states who will sing. - kenwilliams, Jun 8, 2012
