Both are correct:
No haga eso (formal usted command)
No hagas eso (informal tú command)

No haga eso is the command used for usted.
No hagas eso is the command used for tú.
Both usted and tú use the subjunctive form for NEGATIVE commands. You know the difference between the two because the tú command has an "s" at the end
