Making links with ipad

Does anyone know how to make copied urls into links on the ipad?

Thanks for the link, but none of the references addresses the issue, only how to link things to folders or to make icons.

When I refer people to resources, I'd like to give them a clickable link. On most computers, this is easy, but it's giving me fits on the ipad!

As it turns out, the problem was not in my ipad, but just in general knowlege. For those who may be wondering, the way to make a clickable link is to just use the gobe icon in he answer box toolbar. Very simple.
