Guardar - How would I say, "save me" en español?

Yesterday's (I'm behind) Word of the Day, states "guárdame un pedazo de pastel" is "save me a piece of cake" - "guárdame" means "save for me"

How would I say, "save me" en español as in "save me" from something like, for example, a scary piece of cake?

¡Sálvame! (informal command)

¡Me salvaste mi vida! (You saved my life!)
