que significa "ahora mismo"?

for example in this dialog: A . ¿Puedes tender la ropa? B. Si , ahora mismo

Translation tool gives three answers and one of them is wrong so in case you accept the wrong one (now same) I will tell you that the right answer is: Right away or Right now, either of those two are correct.

There is a great translation tool on this site on the top blue toolbar.

Just type in "ahora mismo" and you will get exactly what you want.
